Information obligation – processing of data to answer an enquiry using the contact form

Rule of law Article 13 of the general Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC hereafter referred to as RODO.

Data Protection Officer The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom any individual can contact for details of the processing of their personal data. The Data Protection Officer may be contacted by traditional means (at the physical address of the controller), or by e-mail: krystian.erens@infomania.pl. The Data Protection Officer is Mr Krystian Erens.
Purpose and basis of processing of personal data We will process your personal data in order to answer your enquiry, to carry out the contact you have requested or to conclude and perform the contract in which you are interested. For these purposes, we will process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO, Article 6(1)(b) RODO and Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
Period of data processing Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to clarify and respond to you, but no longer than 12 months from the date of receipt of the message.

Where the processing of your personal data is based on consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the compatibility of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Recipients of data Access to your personal data, is available to our employees and associates who are authorised to process personal data. In addition, in certain situations we may transfer your data, e.g. in order to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise a legitimate interest pursued by the controller or by a third party. The categories of recipients to whom we may disclose your personal data are entities or authorities authorised by law, as well as service providers processing the entrusted personal data on behalf of the controller on the basis of personal data processing entrustment agreements or other agreements pursuant to the provisions of applicable law.
Rights and entitlements You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing of your data. At any time, in the event that you consider that our processing of your personal data violates your rights – you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office at 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
