| Purpose and basis of processing of personal data | We will process your personal data in order to answer your enquiry, to carry out the contact you have requested or to conclude and perform the contract in which you are interested. For these purposes, we will process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO, Article 6(1)(b) RODO and Article 6(1)(f) RODO. |
| Period of data processing | Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to clarify and respond to you, but no longer than 12 months from the date of receipt of the message.
Where the processing of your personal data is based on consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the compatibility of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. |
| Recipients of data | Access to your personal data, is available to our employees and associates who are authorised to process personal data. | Rights and entitlements | You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing of your data. At any time, in the event that you consider that our processing of your personal data violates your rights – you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office at 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw. |
