Information obligation – processing of data for accounting purposes (including sales documents issued)

Rule of law Article 13 of the general Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC hereafter referred to as RODO.

Data Protection Officer The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom any individual can contact for details of the processing of their personal data. The Data Protection Officer may be contacted by traditional means (at the physical address of the controller), or by e-mail: krystian.erens@infomania.pl. The Data Protection Officer is Mr Krystian Erens.
Purpose and basis of processing of personal data Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of issuing sales documents (including VAT invoices), bookkeeping, tax and archive documentation, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA. In the event of possible disputes, personal data may also be processed for the purpose of asserting claims or defending the rights of the data controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA.
Period of data processing The duration of the processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data was collected. It results directly from the legal provisions. Personal data processed for billing purposes will be processed by the data controller for a period of 5 full years from the moment of issuing the document, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act of 11 March 2004.
Recipients of data Access to your personal data, is available to our employees and associates who are authorised to process personal data. In addition, in certain situations we may transfer your data, e.g. in order to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise a legitimate interest pursued by the controller or by a third party. The categories of recipients to whom we may disclose your personal data are entities or authorities authorised by law, as well as service providers processing the entrusted personal data on behalf of the controller on the basis of personal data processing entrustment agreements or other agreements pursuant to the provisions of applicable law.
Rights and entitlements

 

You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing of your data. At any time, in the event that you consider that our processing of your personal data violates your rights – you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office at 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
