| Purpose and basis of processing of personal data | In connection with the recruitment process, we will process your personal data to the extent indicated in the provisions of the Labour Code – legal basis Article 22(1) § 1 of the Labour Code, in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO. If you provide additional personal data beyond the provisions of the Labour Code, we will process your personal data on the basis of your freely given consent – legal basis Article 6(1)(a) RODO |
| Period of data processing | We will process your personal data for the entire duration of the recruitment process, i.e. for a maximum period of 3 months, and if you give us additional consent to use your personal data for future recruitment, we will process your application documents for a period of 12 months from the date of their acquisition. |
| Recipients of data | Access to your personal data, is available to our employees and associates who are authorised to process personal data. In addition, in certain situations we may transfer your data, e.g. in order to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise a legitimate interest pursued by the controller or by a third party. The categories of recipients to whom we may disclose your personal data are entities or authorities authorised by law, as well as service providers processing the entrusted personal data on behalf of the controller on the basis of personal data processing entrustment agreements or other agreements pursuant to the provisions of applicable law. |
| Rights and entitlements

You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing of your data. At any time, in the event that you consider that our processing of your personal data violates your rights – you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office at 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw. |
